No one can deny that we want to feel the best we can but a healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be a constant battle with food choices... infact, that wouldn't be healthy at all! I want to help change the mindset towards food and realising that real, nutritious foods can be really tasty.

I believe in balance - its about experimenting and learning what works best for YOU, and definitely don't beat yourself up if you have a little slip up from time to time! (There's always a place in my heart for chips and a crisp G&T!)
So with that in mind, the purpose of this blog isn't to tell you how to live your life or to make you feel sh*t for eating certain foods, but about sharing some amazing feel good recipes I've created that will feel indulgent and nourishing
