My name is Emma, I'm a 26 year old food lover! What fills me with most joy is when I am surrounded by food that nourishes me and makes me glow!
I have become more and more conscious of health and how diet and lifestyle impacts the way we look and feel - obviously we are all different, but as humans no one can deny that we want to feel the best we can. A healthy lifestyle doesn't need to be a constant battle with food choices... infact, that wouldn't be healthy at all! Being healthy to me means changing your mindset towards food and realising that real, nutritious foods can be really tasty. Don't feel deprived!
I believe in balance - its about experimenting and learning what works best for YOU, and definitely don't beat yourself up if you have a little slip up from time to time! (There's always a place in my heart for Chilli Heatwave Doritos and a crisp G&T!)
So with that in mind, the purpose of this blog isn't to tell you how to live your life or to make you feel sh*t for eating certain foods, but about sharing some amazing feel good recipes I've created that will feel indulgent, but your body will thank you for!
