This indulgent, chocolately smoothie is perfect for a quick, filling breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, a dessert, its basically an all rounder!
1 heaped tbsp cacao
1 handful pecans (or any nut of your choice)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax seeds
1 scoop protein (optional)
1 cup of milk (I use almond)
1 tsp cacao nibs for the topping
Simply put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. I like mine really thick, so much so I sometimes use a spoon!! So, if you like it runnier or thicker then just add more milk or dont add as much! Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs!
